黎明前的守夜者 1977年由加拿大籍羅樂道牧師在花蓮創立，首開東部啟智教育先河，投入身心障礙者身、心、靈的照顧。近10年來，將服務事項延伸到社區、部落、鄉間，從身心障礙擴及到銀髮長輩及社區民眾、資源特教學生，一路發展皆以「人」為出發點。
